Cartref - A vibrant fruity accord of fresh rhubarb and juicy plum supported with interludes of ripe pear and sweet peach with vanilla and sugar in the base.
Cymru - Seductive with a touch of cumin and chilli leaves. Dark with cedarwood. Humid with moss. Modern and urban.
Beddgelert - A crisp, zingy stewed rhubarb is soothed by the sweetness of apple, pear and caramelised sugar. All of this is freshened by lush garden mint leaves and a hint of lemon.
