How long till my order arrives?

During busy times we aim for a 7-10 day turn around, usually we have a much quicker process time than this but we always advertise as 7-10 days so there are no disappointments

Are you Cruelty free?

YES!! we are 100% vegan and cruelty free!

Am I safe to use your products in a home with animals?

Yes, We do however advise that you never leave any lit flame unattended with animals or children, or that when you are using our carpet freshener or room scents you make sure animals and children are not in the room while using, but safe to re enter after.

What wax do you use?

Here at Little Welsh Wax Co we use 100% eco soy wax. None of our products are used with Paraffin wax, leaving the burning of all our products a lot cleaner and better for both your home and the environment

Are you a Vegan company?

YES!!!

We are 100% Vegan and cruelty free, we do not support r work along side any companies that are not cruelty free & Vegan.

when can I expect my order?

We post out all our parcels with the Royal Mail 2nd class.

Our postal days are Mondays and Friday, so whatever day falls after you make your order is when it will be dispatched, it can take 3-5 working days to be delivered :)
